*Our office is closed from 20th December 2019 and will re open on Monday 13th January 2020. Any orders placed in this time will be sent when our office re opens.
All Australian orders over $75 will receive free express shipping and any orders below $75 will incur a $10 postage fee. We use Australian express post so we can track all purchases.
All New Zealand order will be charged $15 for express shipping using Australia Post.
For international orders we use DHL for a flat rate of $30. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. Only zone 1, 2 and 3 countries are covered. If your country is outside these zones your order may be cancelled and refunded.
Jolie & Deen cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made.
Please note all orders placed on a week day will be processed within 24 hours or the next business day.
If you change your mind or make a wrong decision, we will offer an exchange or refund if the goods are returned in a saleable condition, unworn with tags attached. You will need to process the return of the item within 7 days of date of delivery. After this time, we are unable to exchange or refund any orders. To return any items please email email@example.com and provide us with your name, order number and reason for exchange or refund. You will then be issued an RA number, and it will be your responsibility to return the parcel to Jolie & Deen at your cost unless items are damaged. All items will be checked to make sure your item is in new condition. Exchange/refund can be denied if our requirements are not met. The customer is liable for the item until it is received back by Jolie & Deen. If for any reason the item is lost in the mail, Jolie & Deen is not responsible and will not exchange or refund. Thereby it is the customer’s responsibility to use a method of shipping with tracking. For change of mind or wrong decision purchases all shipping costs to and from Jolie & Deen must be covered by the customer and will not be refunded.

There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
In the case of a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your name, order number and the fault description. Jolie & Deen will assess the fault and endeavor to fix any minor faults. If the fault is beyond repair we will offer an exchange or refund.
Payment can be made by PayPal or Afterpay. Upon payment being cleared your order will be processed within 24 hours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. No credit card details are retained by Jolie & Deen.
At Jolie & Deen we respect your right to privacy on the internet and it is of the utmost importance to us. Accordingly, we do not share or sell your information to any third parties. All the information collected by Jolie & Deen is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. Also if you consent you can join our mailing list to receive online updates on sales and other news.
We will endeavour to make sure all items displayed for purchase are in stock. However as stock quantities may not update in real time items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
